Can I order additional parts?

You can order additional parts for your watch by contacting Customer Service at: service@steelio.com or by calling us toll-free at +1.800.906.7179. Representatives are available 9am-5pm PST Monday-Friday.

With the exception of straps, bracelets, links, only STEELIO® Certified Repair Center are permitted to purchase STEELIO® brand watch parts.

 

Can I order a different size strap?

Can I order additional links for my bracelet?

Can you tell me if my watch is authentic?

We are unable to verify or determine authenticity by a serial number, style number or model number. If your watch was not purchased from an STEELIO® Authorized Dealer, we cannot verify authenticity without physical examination of your timepiece in most cases. When you purchase one of our watches, it should be accompanied by a hologramed guarantee card that contains the STEELIO® Authorized Dealer's name. Please note: A watch purchased from an unauthorized dealer is not covered by the STEELIO® 2-Year Warranty or STEELIO® 3R Guarantee.
