Returns and Exchanges

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

STEELIO® watches purchased directly from Steelio, Inc. are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt and original STEELIO® watch box with original instruction manual and hologramed guarantee card. 

 

STEELIO® watches purchased from a STEELIO® Authorized Dealer are subject to that Authorized Dealer's own return and exchange policy. Steelio, Inc. does not have any control over the Authorized Dealer's store policies cannot intervene on the customers behalf.

 

A Return Authorization number, which may be obtained by contacting STEELIO® Customer Service is required for all returns/exchanges.  Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. 

 

Gift recipients must contact STEELIO® Customer Service to arrange an exchange; refunds will not be issued for watches received as gifts, and exchanges must be of equal or higher value. Credits cannot be issued until merchandise being returned or exchanged is received.

 

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
